Fitness Kickboxing

Fitness Kickboxing is a great way to get fit, stay in shape, or just have fun whilst exercising. There is no contact or sparring between participants. This is also a great way to meet new people and get rid of all that unwanted stress. Everyone works at their own pace but if we think we can get more out you, we will push you that wee bit,  what you get out of it is what you put into it!

The class consists of a 45minute workout which starts with a basic warm-up and stretch. The Instructor will then demonstrate each move before you practice them on the focus pads and punch bags. 

In this class we will work you hard, make you sweat, get you punching and kicking and increase your general fitness and well-being.  

No experience is necessary and classes are open to both male and females who are over the age of 16. Sense of humour is also recommended.

Stress Relief - Because of the mental strength martial arts training develops, students get so absorbed in fitness Kickboxing class, their problems seem a million miles away. The best part is that they think clearer and have more confidence.

Self Confidence - When you look good, you feel good and there's no better feeling than knowing you're in shape and can defend yourself if you ever have to.

Variety - To make sure our students never get bored, we make sure our classes are never the same routine.  We use a wide variety of punches, kicks, knees, elbows and stretching exercises so you'll never get bored doing the same routines every week.  Our class also utilises the latest equipment to keep class exciting and help you develop your skills.
